1. Return & Exchange Policy
All products sold on Amruthaballi.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products that the customer no longer requires
- Differences in colour, fragrance, texture, appearance, or natural variation that may occur in handmade or natural products
- Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or improperly stored after delivery
- Allergic reactions or sensitivity resulting from individual ingredients or personal circumstances
Because our products are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive items, we cannot accept general returns once an order has been delivered.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Support@amruthaballi.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Unboxing photographs or video, if available
Our team will review the issue and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement or refund.
If the issue is verified as being caused by an error on our part, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund for the affected product.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.
To request cancellation, please contact Support@amruthaballi.com and provide your order number and cancellation request.
Cancellation After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour cancellation period, an order may already have entered processing, packing, or shipping. In such cases, cancellation may not be possible.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Policy
As our products are non-returnable, refunds are not provided for general returns, change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection.
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- An order is successfully cancelled before processing or shipment; or

The actual time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Where applicable, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method used for the order.
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the refund is specifically approved because of an error attributable to Amruthaballi.com.
Where a replacement is approved because the product was incorrectly supplied, damaged in transit, or defective, Amruthaballi.com will determine the appropriate shipping arrangement on a case-by-case basis.
7. Products Returned Without Authorization
Because all products are non-returnable, customers should not send products back to us without receiving prior written authorization from our customer support team.
Any unauthorized return may not be accepted or refunded.
8. Natural Product Variations
Our soaps and hair oils are handmade, homemade, and/or made using natural ingredients. Therefore, minor variations in:
- Colour
- Fragrance
- Texture
- Shape
- Consistency
- Appearance
may occur between batches.
Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
